Emco Construction is an award winning construction company, specializing in the new construction and renovation of commercial buildings. Located in the New York State Capital District, we have provided building expertise and services throughout the northeastern United States since 1977. Our projects have included office buildings, shopping centers, medical facilities, fast food restaurants, mall retail shops and convenience stores with gasoline. In 2000, our Star Plaza renovation received the Beautification Award for Best Renovation given by the Town of Guilderland and the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce.

Emco Construction's project superintendents pride themselves on establishing written schedules and completing projects on time. Attentiveness is given to the continued achievement of quality workmanship on every project. The establishment and maintenance of an honest and respectful relationship with our clients is of utmost importance. We take great pride in the fact that many of our projects are for repeat customers such as Price Chopper, Dunkin' Donuts, Xtra Mart and Stewart's Shops.

Emco Construction also provides general contracting and subcontracting assistance to out-of-area contractors or architects who wish to act as construction managers. We have completed numerous projects at Colonie Center and Crossgates Mall for construction companies who have national accounts and need the services of a local contractor to compete the work.
