This project was a large renovation Emco Construction completed of an old Albany apartment building creating 40 condominium units in an existing 6-story building. An additional four distinctive penthouse condo units were built on top of the building with modern amenities and large roof-top decks. New elevators were installed. Special attention was given to the impressive entry hallway.
