Jolley Associates of St. Albans,
Vermont hired Emco Construction as Construction Manager
for their Jolley Mart Convenience Store on Clifton Country
Road in Clifton Park, New York in June of 2007. Over
the summer, Emco Construction supervised 14 subcontractors
along with their own workforce and built a unique store
complete with carwash and gas facilities. The interior
of the store shows the details the owner was looking
for: large cooler areas including a beer cave, substantial
display areas, plenty of open space and ease at the
checkout. The exterior of the building brings a brightness
to the new entry to Clifton Country Commons.
